Summer Camp – FAQ
1. What is the cost of the summer camp?
The tuition is $299 per session, and each session is one week.
2. Can students enroll in only one session, or multiple sessions?
Students may enroll in one session or multiple sessions, depending on their schedule.
3. Where are the Open House and Summer Camp held?
Both are held in the same building:
- Open House: classrooms on the first floor
- Summer Camp: classrooms on the second floor
Detailed information will be sent to parents via email or WeChat after registration.
4. What age group is the camp for?
The camp is designed for students in different age groups. Specific grouping details will be provided after registration.
5. What is the daily schedule like?
The camp includes a mix of Chinese language learning, cultural activities, and interactive games. A detailed schedule will be shared before the camp starts.
6. Do students need to have prior Chinese knowledge?
No prior experience is required. We welcome students of all levels, including beginners.
7. What should students bring to camp?
Students should bring:
- A water bottle
- Lunch/snacks (if applicable)
- Any personal items they may need
More detailed instructions will be provided after registration.
8. Who are the teachers?
All classes are taught by experienced teachers from our Chinese school.
9. How do parents register?
Parents can register through the provided registration link or QR code.
10. Will confirmation be sent after registration?
Yes. Parents will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after registration, and additional details will be sent later.
11. What is the cancellation or refund policy?
A full refund is available if requested before noon on the first day of the camp session. No refunds will be issued after that time.
12. How can I make the payment?
We recommend paying via Zelle (online payment).

Alternatively, payment can be made in person at the Open House or on the first day of camp by giving it to the teacher.
- Check is preferred, but cash is also accepted

13. What if there is a schedule conflict, but my child still wants to attend part of the camp?
Each weekly session includes a total of 30 hours. Students may attend part of the camp if needed.
The weekly tuition for partial attendance is as follows:
- Up to 10 hours: $150 per student per week
- 11–15 hours: $180 per student per week
- 16–20 hours: $220 per student per week
- Over 20 hours: Full price ($299 per week)
For partial attendance, a $10 early bird discount per student is available. No other discounts apply.
When registering, please select “Other” under the session options on the registration form and clearly indicate the dates and times your child will attend, then proceed with payment.
14. What are the summer camp hours?
The camp runs on weekdays (Monday to Friday), from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
15. Is early drop-off or late pick-up available?
Yes, early drop-off and late pick-up are available for an additional fee of $15 per hour per student.
There is a 15-minute grace period after dismissal. No charge will be applied if parents pick up within 15 minutes. After that, late fees will apply.
