Age 11 - 12 students who have Chinese Background
The course content includes dialogue, pinyin, literacy, word formation, sentences use, etc., to further improve the comprehensive development of students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
In this grade, students keep mastering the skills of reading texts without Pinyin, and students will accumulate about 600 common Chinese characters and use them proficiently. Students need to master common key sentence patterns in Chinese. Students continue to practice writing compositions. Learn and use more antonyms, heterographs, heteronyms, idioms, poetry and lyrics. Also, introduce Chinese historical and cultural knowledge.
